Capabilities

SiClade masters and controls fully its supply chain from design to manufacturing, testing and service. This gives the capability to offer our own line of generic products as well as the capability to develop and provide specific OEM solutions for the industry.

System design

Numerical modeling allows optimized design of our sensors and electronics drive and data acquisition circuits providing unmatched performances. SiClade has developed its library aligned on its process to provide solutions fully optimized to output high speed and high precision measurements and data. The models are adapted to take into account harsh working conditions in order to provide solutions unsensitive to the working environment they are used in.

Sensor manufacturing

Semiconductor : SiC proprietary process

SiClade Technologies is using cutting-edge technical platforms for the manufacturing of particles sensors. The manufacturing phase of semiconductor sensor is realized within CERTeM cleanroom (GREMAN lab, University of Tours) as well as others.

Electronics

SiClade Technologies develops its electronic circuits on Lançon-Provence site. This activity firstly involves the simulation of electrical circuits. In addition to these calculations procedures, SiClade Technologies members are developing the printed circuits structure. The workshops of SiClade Technologies allows the realization of all type of circuit necessary to the functioning of sensor, dedicated to detection: transimpedance, amplifying, filtering.

Tests

Electrical testing of analogic circuits.

Before testing sensors under irradiation, primarily realized at customer’s location or in specific laboratories, SiClade Technologies realizes its electrical tests to confirm and assess the numerical simulations.

Then, the test campaigns under irradiation are mainly realized at customer’s integrating SiClade’s products, or at user’s site, such as hospitals.
